Dear friends,

 I am a 49-year-old digital entrepreneur, but I’m also a passionate sports enthusiast. For the past 12 years, I’ve been regularly practicing various activities such as fitness, kung fu, and jogging. In this conversation, we’ll discuss topics related to fitness, bodybuilding, psychology, health, nutrition, and everything that can bring positive results when engaging in sports.

 To share my personal journey, 12 years ago, I was struggling with obesity and felt constantly frustrated with my bloated, fat-laden body. I was in tears and battling depression, unable to control my urge to indulge in unhealthy junk food. One day, I came across an online advertisement for a sports program and a nutrition plan that could be done at home. This was a turning point for me, and I decided to take action.

 The beginnings were challenging, but I persevered. Slowly but surely, I started to lose weight and gain muscle. I could see my body transforming positively, and I felt better mentally and physically. I worked hard, day after day until I regained the physique of my 20s. In the end, I lost more than 130 pounds, but the journey had its ups and downs.

 My advice to you is: never be discouraged, even on the less good days. With tenacity and determination, you can break down the barriers and make it easier to continue on your fitness journey. Today, I truly love training, and it has become an integral part of my life. So, why not you?
